FALL INSPIRED PUMPKIN SALAD

Fall season is definitely pumpkin season. Besides soups and coffee flavored pumpkin drinks I prefer a healthy salad. This recipe is easy and fast to make and it could be a great side dish for Thanksgiving. For this recipe I used a Hokkaido pumpkin. To prepare this kind of pumpkin, you only have to remove the seeds and fibers before using for cooking, the skin is perfectly edible and does not need to be removed.

In my opinion there is some equipment where it doesn’t really matter if you do share it, but there are also pieces you definitely don’t want to share with others. Down below I have listed some very important equipment which is worth to invest into. Some of those items are great for on the go or easy to store in your gym bag, other pieces are for a home workout. Over time you will notice some work very well for you and other pieces might not be really necessary. Everything is personal preference but from my own experience and clients feedback this might be a good start for you too.

LOW-INTENSITY STEADY STATE CARDIO

Low-Intensity Steady State cardio – short LISS – stands for any type of cardio exercise where you maintain the same low-intensity cardio pace (steady state) for a given period of time. Walking on the treadmill or outside whilst maintaining a steady state for 35 minutes is one form of LISS training, another one could be steady cycling either on a spin-cycle bike or outdoors, steady rowing or using cardio equipment at the gym, for example the elliptical trainer at a steady and moderate pace.
